米IBMが新しい音声認識ソフトウェアを発表した。同社は、これまでイラク戦争などで、現地のコミュニケーション・ギャップをアシストする目的として、同ソフトウェアを利用してきたらしい。今回、IBMでは商業利用を主たる目的としている。まだ、同社の日本法人(日本IBM)のプレスリリースにはアナウンスされていないようだ。
